Appeal for information about men involved in a fight

Officers are appealing for help in identifying those involved in a fight in Winchester Avenue, Leicester, yesterday evening (14 July).

Police were called at 6.22pm to a report of a group of men fighting in the street, moving onto Narborough Road and towards Raymond Road.

Two people were injured in the incident. A 20-year-old man has a puncture wound. A 32-year-old man has minor injuries and initially went to hospital, but has since been discharged.

Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who knows who was involved in this incident and knows who may have been responsible for causing the injuries.

Anyone who was in the area at the time and may have dashcam footage of what happened, please contact police.
