Body found in search for missing Vincent

A body has been found in the search for missing 35-year-old man Vincent. Vincent was last seen on Redcliff Street, Bristol, at about 1.30am on Saturday 2 December. The body was found by police divers this morning at Redcliff Quay, Bristol, and while formal identification has not taken place, we believe it to be Vincent. At this stage the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Tools recovered from stolen van in Bristol

Officers who recovered a large quantity of tools from a stolen van in Bristol are hoping to return them to their owners. The equipment was discovered inside the Ford Transit van in Buttercup Walk, Ashton on Saturday 25 November. Teenager handed life sentence for murder of Ben Moncrieff

Renewed appeal after theft from woman, 87

We’re issuing CCTV footage in a renewed appeal to identify this man as part of an investigation into the theft of cash from a vulnerable 87-year-old woman. It happened in Merchant Street, Bristol, at about midday on Monday 21 August. The woman – who has vision and hearing loss – had just withdrawn money from the bank. A man approached her, took an envelope containing the cash and made off.

Father who would ‘light up anyone’s day’ remembered following tragic death

The family of a ‘loving’ man are ‘devastated’ following his death last month. Isaac James, aged 33, tragically died following a collision in Greenaway, Monkton Heathfield, on Friday 17 November. Officers were called to an incident involving two motorcycles at around 9pm. Sadly, Isaac died at the scene. The family would like to extend their gratitude to all those who have sent messages of support.
