Officers investigating the death of a man in Evington Road, Leicester, on Monday 19 June have confirmed his death is not suspicious.
Police were called by the ambulance service to Evington Road just after 7am following a report of a man in his 40s found unconscious outside a shop.
Officers attended the scene where the man subsequently died.
Enquiries into the death have been carried out and the death is not being treated as suspicious. A file is being prepared for the coroner and identification will be a matter for the coroner.
