A man has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to drugs offences.
Jake McDonnell, 26, of Alexandra Road, Leicester, pleaded guilty of two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs on August 19.
Today, (Friday 26 August) at Leicester Crown Court he was sentenced to a 36-month sentence for each offence, to run concurrently.
He was arrested in January at Heathrow Airport. Enquiries led officers to search his home address where they found Class A drugs and cutting agents for cocaine.
