Formal identification procedures have now taken place on three men who died in the collision in Bath on Monday (9/2).
The men have been identified as:
Robert Parker, aged 59, from Cwmbran
Phillip Allen, aged 52, from Swansea

Police in Torquay are appealing for information after a 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted.
The local teenager was approached by a man in a car in Cricketfield Road in the Barton area of the town just after midnight on Wednesday 11 February.
The man forced the girl into a car, described as a blue or green Ford Focus, and assaulted her before leaving her on the pavement and driving off.
The suspect is described as white, 6ft, wearing black shorts and a long sleeve black hooded top with the hood up.
Detective Inspector Kay Chapman, Torbay CID, said: “This was very distressing for the victim and we are appealing for the public’s help in identifying the car or the driver matching the description.
“This is an isolated incident and officers have been carrying out extra patrols in the area and speaking to residents to reassure them.”

Officers from the Force’s serious collision investigation unit are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Lubbesthorpe.
The collision occurred just after 3pm yesterday (Wednesday February 11) in Beggars Lane and involved one vehicle, a grey Vauxhall Astra.
The vehicle contained three people, the driver, a woman, was taken to the Leicester Royal Infirmary and discharged after treatment, the front seat passenger, a woman, was taken to University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire where she remains in a stable condition. The third passenger was not injured.
Officers are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or saw the vehicle beforehand to contact them. Anyone with any information is asked to contact DC 506 Ady Keeble.
