Officers are urgently trying to find missing Glyn Davies who was last seen in the morning of Tuesday 4 July.
The 50-year-old went missing from a care home in Sandwell and was last seen by staff there last week.
Glyn is described as a white man and is 6ft 2ins tall with short brown hair and a stubbly beard.
He was last seen wearing a bright blue hoodie with green jogging bottoms and black shoes.
PC Richard Johnson from the Wednesfield Locate team said: “We are very concerned for the welfare of Glyn. He does not have access to his medication and has been missing for nearly a week now. We would urge anyone who has seen him, to call us.”
