The family of Dolores Woolcock, aged 66, who died following an accident on Trevere Close in Hayle on Sunday 10 December 2017, have made the following tribute;
“It is with immense sadness that the family of Dolores Woolcock have to announce her sudden death on Sunday the 10th of December 2017.
“Delores was a loving, kind, and caring person. We will forever miss her beautiful smile and thoughtful ways.
“May you rest in peace safe in the arms of your mum and dad.
“Details of the funeral can be obtained from W.J Winn directors of Hayle.”
Officers were notified at approximately 7.35am to reports of a woman lying on a pavement in front of her car, a red Daewoo Matiz.
Dolores, who was from the local area, was taken to Treliske Hospital where she later died.
The death is not believed to be suspicious, however, the circumstances surrounding the death are being investigated and a post-mortem is due to take place.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team and Serious Collision Investigation Team are appealing for witnesses to come forward quoting log number 289 101217.
