Police have charged two people following a report of assault in Russell Street, Loughborough, yesterday (Tuesday 26 March).
Kyle Busby, 19, of Leicester Road, Loughborough was charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and possession of an offensive weapon. He was remanded into custody to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today (27 March)
Emma Moore, 42, of Peel Drive, Loughborough, was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and bailed to attend Loughborough Magistrates’ Court on 23 May
Two women, aged 40 and 22 and a 35-year-old man were all arrested on suspicion of possession of a prohibited firearm. They have all been released under investigation.
A 35-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply has also been released under investigation.
