Police are trying to trace 36-year-old man who is wanted by police after he breached his court order.
Timothy Mitchell (pictured), is suspected of breaching the conditions of a restraining order issued by Cornwall Magistrates Court on the 3rd of December
Local enquiries are being conducted to try and trace and arrest him but members of the public are being asked to report any sightings.
Mr Mitchell is aware that police are looking for him and has so far failed to surrender himself or tell officers where he is.
Enquiries indicate that over the Christmas period he has spent time in the Hayle and St Agnes areas of Cornwall; he usually resides in the Newquay area.
Mitchell is described as a white man, aged 36, around 5 feet 10 inches tall and of slim build. He is bald, has blue eyes and usually has a long brown / ginger beard and moustache. He has an Irish accent.
Please could anyone who may have seen Mr Mitchell or have any information about his whereabouts contact the Police quoting Log 651 of 11/12/16.
