Witness appeal following burglary in Swindon

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Swindon.

The incident took place between 9.30pm on Saturday 10th January 2015 and 6.25am on Sunday 11th January 2015.

A set of car keys were stolen from a house on Iffley Road, Swindon. The stolen keys were then used to access the victim’s car – a blue Suzuki Liana – which was parked on Iffley Road.

The stolen Suzuki Liana was found by officers at approximately 7.30pm on Sunday 11th January 2015 on Magnolia Court, Pinehurst, having struck a stationary white Vauxhall van. Three men were seen to run from the stolen car.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw people behaving suspiciously on Iffley Road overnight between the 10th and 11th January or witnessed anyone driving a blue Suzuki Liana in the Pinehurst area on the 11th January.
